Welcome to Lexinum! Lexinum is an app of word games and number games: Lexle, Sudoku, Word Duel and Bingo, played alone or against other players. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lexinum application, the lexinum.org website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Lexinum, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
By creating an account, playing as a guest, or otherwise using Lexinum, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may change these Terms. When we make a material change we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the changed Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Lexinum. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Purchases by minors require the consent of a parent or guardian.
You can use Lexinum as a guest, or sign in with an email address and password, with Google, or with Apple.
Your display name and avatar are shown to other players, on leaderboards, in the lobby and in matches. A display name must not be offensive, hateful or sexually explicit, must not impersonate another person or a member of the Lexinum team, and must not contain personal information such as a phone number or address. We may change or remove a display name that breaks these rules.
An account is for one person. You may not sell, lend or transfer an account, or share it in order to affect rankings.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Lexinum for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

If we reasonably believe an account has broken these rules, we may remove its results from leaderboards, reset or adjust its rankings, rename it, limit its access to online play, or suspend or close it (see section 16).
When you play online, other players see your display name, avatar, ranking and what you do in the match. Public challenges you open are listed in the lobby for any player to join.
Rankings, ratings, scores, streaks and leaderboard positions exist for fun. They have no monetary value, are not your property and cannot be exchanged for anything. We may correct, recalculate or reset them, for example to fix an error, to remove the effect of cheating, or when we change how a game is scored.
Open challenges that nobody joins and finished matches are deleted automatically after a short time. Matches may also be closed when a player leaves, is inactive, or when a deadline passes. We do not guarantee that a match, its history or its recording will be kept.
Some opponents in online games, and some seats at a Bingo table, may be computer-controlled players rather than people.
Lexinum is a game of entertainment. Bingo, Tombala and every other game in Lexinum are played for fun only. There are no stakes, no cash prizes and nothing of monetary value to win, and nothing in the Service can be exchanged for money, goods or services.
Lexinum is free to play. The free version shows ads and has a daily limit on endless Lexle games. Lexinum Premium is an optional paid upgrade. You do not need Premium to play any game, to take part in the Daily Challenge or to play against other players.
Premium gives no advantage against other players. Helpers are switched off in matches against other players, and the Daily Challenge allows the same single reveal per day for everyone.
Premium is sold as four plans:
The price of each plan is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy. Prices differ between countries and may include taxes. There is currently no free trial.
Purchases are made through the app store on your device. Premium is currently sold in the Android app through Google Play. If we offer it through the Apple App Store, the same terms apply with Apple as the payment processor.
The store charges your store account when you confirm the purchase, and the store's own terms apply to the payment. We never receive or store your card details. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and your store account is charged the price of the plan each time, until you cancel.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
If the price of your plan changes, the store tells you in advance and, where the law requires it, asks for your consent before the new price applies.
You can cancel a subscription at any time:
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep Premium until then, and no refund is given for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires one.
Uninstalling the app or deleting your Lexinum account does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel it in the store.
Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal. It gives your account Premium for as long as we offer Lexinum, with no fixed end date. It cannot be transferred to another person.
Refunds for store purchases are handled by the store under its refund policy. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, Premium is removed from your account.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, such as a right of withdrawal.
We may change what Premium includes, and the plans and prices we offer. A price change for a subscription you already have takes effect only as described in section 7.5.
The free version of Lexinum shows ads, provided by third-party advertising partners. Some features can be unlocked for a single game by choosing to watch a rewarded ad; watching one is always optional. We do not control the content of ads and are not responsible for the products or services advertised. Premium removes ads. How advertising uses data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of what you submit to the Service, such as your display name, the custom themes you create and the word reports you send. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and use that content to operate and improve the Service, for example to show your name on a leaderboard or to correct a dictionary. You are responsible for what you submit, and it must not break section 5 or infringe anyone else's rights.
The Service, including the app, its design, logos, artwork, game implementations and software, is owned by Lexinum or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Lexinum" and "Lexle" and their logos are our marks; you may not use them without our prior written permission. The word lists used by the games are built from openly licensed sources.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. To have your account and its data deleted, see Data Deletion Request.
Lexinum is under active development. We may add, change or remove games, modes, features and languages, change rules and scoring, and correct dictionaries. Parts of the Service need an internet connection and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may discontinue the Service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that:
Statistics and progress shown in the app describe how you played in Lexinum. They are not a medical, psychological or educational assessment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXINUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, OR $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Turkey. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country where those laws give you that right.
You may stop using Lexinum at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, follow Data Deletion Request or write to [email protected]. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription (section 7.6).
We may suspend or close your account if:
If we close an account for a breach of these Terms, Premium on that account ends and no refund is due, except where the law requires one.
